The Victor and Sally Mouttet Foundation was created in honour of its founders and their lifelong passion for improving literacy and healthcare for children. Funded jointly by Agostini Limited and Victor E. Mouttet Limited, the Foundation is committed to creating lasting change across Trinidad and Tobago.
Founded in Trinidad and Tobago in 1958 by husband and wife Victor and Sally Mouttet, VEML began as a food import and distribution business, introducing products such as peanuts from Africa and prunes from South America — both of which remain part of the business today.
Over the years, VEML has grown into a diversified business with interests spanning food and pharmaceutical manufacturing, consumer product distribution, restaurants, retail, and real estate.
